As the owner of EverMore Services, co-founded in 2011 with my belated husband Dr. Jeff Stewart, I help leaders and teams achieve breakthrough performance at pivotal times. My emphasis is guiding leaders in incorporating strengths-based principles, practices, and human development into the culture. I have now expanded my role for businesses as a Corporate Chaplain.

In my corporate career as a Manager and Director across 24 years for both American Electric Power (2000-2010) and Central and South West (1986-2000), I advised the companies’ top executives and engineers in leading change initiatives that accrued $147 million annually in direct cost savings, top tier customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence within the electric utility industry.
