The Mastermind Intensive is 10-weeks. You will spend anywhere between 1 to 2 hours per week for the Masterclass or your Mastery Coaching. You'll spend 3-4 hours in the Mastermind meetings. (See the Q&A on the schedule during the 10-weeks.)
The standard offering, before bonuses, includes the following:
Week 1 - View introductory videos and take the Clifton Strengths assessments.
Weeks 2, 5, and 8 - Take the online Masterclasses to prepare for the Mastery Coaching and Mastermind sessions.
Weeks 3, 6, and 9 - Attend the private Mastery coaching sessions.
Weeks 4, 7, and 10 - Attend the Mastermind group sessions (3 hours.)
We have groups forming at different times and will discuss what works best for you during your two-way interview.
Groups are formed to maximize the quality of learning and interaction. They range in size from 6 to 12.
This Mastermind Intensive is designed to benefit business owners and leaders with ownership stake in running the business, or business function, with responsibility for delegating to a team.

My Story to Unstoppable
Hi there, I'm Cynthia Stewart. I never thought of myself as unstoppable. But maybe I am. I have survived many devastating events in my life that would be enough to call it quits: daughter of an alcoholic dad, survived a near-death experience when hit by a car, nearly lost my leg, became an unwed mother, caregiver to my husband with ALS, lost my husband and my mother in 2021, and have faced bankruptcy. Truly, these experiences brought me to my knees, drenched in tears, and wanting to give up for good. That's just one side of the story though.
Here's the other side. Married an incredible man - wonderful father and husband, three grown happily married children thriving in their careers. I advanced from small town Texas girl to to the top tier of a $14B company as an executive advisor and led 100s of teams and 1000s of people. I have accrued savings+earnings for clients in the hundreds of millions. All by the grace of God.
I have observed 1000s of leaders. I have witnessed what makes good leaders, what makes great leaders, and what makes unstoppable leaders.
I want to share what makes unstoppable leaders with you because I believe (and Gallup has proven) that you have genius racing through your veins and you can do something better than 10,000 other people. I also believe that God put you here for a purpose.
